Podcasting is an Internet-based audio broadcast technology that allows you to automatically download monthly eJournal sessions and play them at your convenience on an MP3 player. To get started, follow the steps below:

1. Download one of any of the standard free podcasting software applications available on the Internet. You can locate this software by searching for “podcasting software” on any search engine you are familiar with.
2. Once your download is complete, open the software and paste the link shown below next to your eJournal Club selection. This will automatically download the most recent session, which you can listen to from your desktop or take with you on your MP3 player.
